GUIDELINES

Applications will only be accepted during open grant cycles.

Individual awards will be based on need. The collective disbursement amongst all recipients during a grant period will be determined prior to the start of each grant cycle. All grants are subject to available funding.

Applications must be completed in their entirety to be considered.

ELIGIBILITY CHECKLIST
Full eligibility requirements can be found in the grant application. To be considered, applicants must be one of the following:

A patient battling a primary brain tumor or other rare cancer
-
An immediate family member or caregiver for such a patient
-
A non-profit organization providing services to patients diagnosed with a rare cancer
